My work sits at the intersection of growth strategy, revenue operations, and execution. I have led growth inside agencies, built operating systems for client engagements, and worked hands-on in HubSpot, analytics, automation, AI, and go-to-market infrastructure.
At TruNorth Advisors, I lead growth work across B2B clients including REQUORDIT and Hidden Door Store / Creative Home Engineering. Earlier, as Principal and COO at eStound, I ran operations, contracts, delivery, and client strategy across more than 20 accounts and a 14-person team.
My approach is diagnostic first. I look for the real bottleneck, build the systems around it, and measure the outcome so growth becomes more predictable and less dependent on heroic effort.
